Red Box allows you to choose to pick up parcels from a location near your home or workplace at a time that suits you, without the need to be at home to receive parcels or coordinate with delivery drivers. You decide when and where to receive your shipments.

How can I pick up my shipment through Red Box?

Once your parcel is deposited into a Red Box locker, you will receive a short text message containing a unique retrieval code that includes the address of the Red Box locker and all shipment information. When you arrive at the locker to collect your shipment, enter your retrieval code or scan the barcode using the barcode scanner and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

What is the duration of the shipment's stay in the Red Box locker?

You have 48 hours to collect the shipment from the locker.

What if I don't collect my shipment within 48 hours?

You can extend the pickup period for your shipment through the shipment tracking link. There is a nominal fee for this service. If no extension is made in advance, the Red Box team will return the shipment to its source.

Is it possible for someone else to collect the shipment?

Customers should collect their shipments themselves. However, someone else can collect the shipment if they have the retrieval code. In this case, the customer assumes full responsibility for providing message details to a third party who will collect the shipment. Red Box will not be responsible for lost/stolen shipments.

Is online registration required to collect my shipment from a Red Box locker?

No, all you have to do is select a Red Box locker as the delivery option.
